Dr. Pat’s Cracker Recipe – Low Carb and Gluten free!


2 Cups almond meal (can replace ¼ C with flax meal)

2 Egg whites

Dash salt

Add any spice you’d like – sweet or savory

2T Olive oil or softened butter

1 tsp baking powder


Mix to form dough (add more almond flour if too sticky to work with)


Roll it out between parchment paper. Remove top sheet paper, leave on bottom sheet of paper. Score into desired squares with a knife.


Bake at 225 degrees around 1 hr (until crispy)


Break into squares


Store in covered container


P.S. - This recipe can also be a great pie crust. Just mold and cook it in the pie pan! Once the crust has cooled, you can make your pie as usual.
